Pure Barre Pop-Up at NYLO Las Colinas

If you’ve never experienced the muscle-shaking workout that is Pure Barre, now’s your chance. The studio is hosting free outdoor classes this month at NYLO Las Colinas. Just bring your mat, water, and sticky socks, and be sure to register in advance. Click here for October 3 registration and here for October 10.

Workout at the Park at Shops at Park Lane

On October 10, enjoy a free workout with Dallasites101 and Studio 6 Fitness. This 50-minute class puts a twist on traditional Pilates by using the Lagree Method, which incorporates barre and yoga for a calorie-torching workout. Mats will be spaced out on the lawn between Starbucks and Zoës Kitchen at The Shops at Park Lane. Get your tickets here.

F45 HIIT Training at Grandscape

This cult-favorite HIIT workout from Australia blends strength and cardio and promises to be the most efficient way to exercise in just 45 minutes. (Here’s a class review if you’re not sure what to expect.) On October 3, instructors from F45 Hebron Kingsridge will lead a workout at The Colony’s swanky new outdoor shopping center, Grandscape. There is a $10 donation for the event and all proceeds will benefit North Texas Food Bank. Register here.

TruFusion Sunset Yoga Flow and Tru Hot Pilates

TruFusion‘s biggest draw is its variety of offerings. The Park Lane studio boasts 65 class types and offers up to 240 classes a week. Its 2020 outdoor series takes place on level three of the west parking garage at The Shops at Park Lane (above Nordstrom Rack). The unconventional location offers a sweeping view of the city, which is especially picturesque during Sunset Yoga Flow classes, held on Mondays through Thursdays at 7:30 p.m. The Tru Hot Pilates classes take place on Saturdays at 11 a.m., right when the Texas heat sets in. Classes are $15, but don’t wait–October 6 will be the last outdoor session of the season. Purchase tickets here.

Torch and Tacos at Omni Dallas with Dallas Fitness Ambassadors

Head to the Pegasus Lawn at Omni Dallas for Sunday morning sweat sessions. Dallas Fitness Ambassadors has invited guest instructors to lead boot camps, boxing, and more. First up is a hip-hop-inspired workout by Priscilla Esquivel of Rise Nation Plano on October 11. Capacity is limited, and each participant will have a designated 8×8 space to work out in. After class, enjoy two hard-earned breakfast tacos on the hotel patio. Get your ticket here for $25.

Boo-zey Yoga at Bachman Lake with Twisted Therapy

Twisted Therapy was created by Claire Mia, a yoga teacher, mental health coach, and reiki healer. She uses yoga and meditation to combat her depression, and she’s made it her mission to make these practices more accessible to marginalized communities. As such, Claire Mia’s 90-minute Twisted Therapy sessions combine mental and physical wellness. Class starts with a discussion of mental health topics, followed by meditation and all-level yoga flow. Participants at the October 31 session will enjoy a complimentary cocktail after class. Tickets are donation-based with a minimum amount of $10; reserve your spot here.
