I’m thrilled OPI found a creative lead in the Lone Star State for its spring/summer 2011 collection (see colors right), but I’m disappointed not to find a Dallas reference in the list of silly polish names. There’s “San Tan-tonio,” “Guy Meets Gal-veston,” “It’s Totally Fort Worth It,” “Austin-tatious Turquoise,” and “Houston We Have a Purple,” but no Dallas-y polish. Maybe the “Big Hair…Big Nails” is us? Why not “OPI Does Dallas” or a glittery “Dazzling Dallas” or a navy “Cowboy Cool”?
