There’s no denying that poké bowls have fully captured the attention of the Dallas dining scene. More and more restaurants dedicated solely to the Hawaiian fish salad have opened, and the lunch lines are long. It makes sense, especially now. Pronounced po-kay, the dish is light, refreshing, and ideal for sweltering summer days. Grab your chopsticks and dig into bowls filled with fresh cubes of raw fish scooped over rice and/or mixed greens and topped with everything from seaweed and mango to tobiko (flying fish roe). Here are our favorites.
