Harold Rapoza doesn’t need a Fitbit or pedometer to know he walks an “average of 20,000 steps per day.” And the people he works with know that, too. The general manager at the Hilton Anatole oversees the 45-acre lush property located in Dallas’ Design District. The Anatole has more than 1,600 guest rooms, 500,000 square feet of function space, and four fine dining restaurants. When asked what drives him to stay in the service industry, Rapoza says, “There’s nothing like watching them genuinely enjoy their stay and leave with a great memory.”
