If you are a Dallas resident who loves pizza, then this article is definitely for you. While the month of February is infamous for Black History Month, Valentine’s Day, and for being the month that holds our leap year days, it is also National Pizza Month.

From those 3 a.m. deliveries, to debates of which toppings belong on top, pizza has undoubtedly made an impact on the lives of tons of people. Pizza is important. Let’s celebrate an entire 28 (or 29) days to this food that makes the world go ’round.

Here are some pizza-centric restaurants that are offering specials for the month of February:

Olivella’s Neo Pizza Napoletana
One of the specialties here is the Neapolitan-style Margherita pizzas, which are a combination of just a few ingredients. The simplicity of the mozzarella cheese, tomato sauce, and fresh tomatoes give this slice its signature flavor and keep people coming back for more. For the month of February, Olivella’s is offering these specialty Margherita pizzas for just $10 every Monday. This offer is available at all locations for the month of February only.

Tutta’s Pizza
Tutta’s Pizza is great for a few reasons. First, all their pizzas are made from scratch. Next, they have been in the catering business since September 2012 which shows dedication and experience. Finally, they have a stage at their West End location where artists from all over come out to share their music, which is pretty cool. For the month of February, they are offering a buy one 16-inch pizza, get an eight inch for $1 on Wednesdays.

Stonedeck Pizza Pub
Stonedeck Pizza Pub is known as a casual bar and pizzeria, in Deep Ellum, offering moonshine and dozens of beers. It’s the perfect place to relax with friends on the weekend, with a cozy atmosphere and great flavors to try. This month, they are having a 28 Day Pizzathon. Each day will feature a different signature pie. They’re showcasing their most popular best-sellers but most days will highlight a one of a kind, “off-menu” one-time only pizza. Some examples include a roasted Brussel sprouts with bacon and bleu cheese slice; chili mac-n-cheese; and the Chick and Porky.

Serious Pizza
If you’re serious about pizza, then this place is where you need to be. With a traditional brick-walled counter where they serve New York style thin-crust pies, this place is home to the signature Huge Slices which measure anywhere from 18 inches to 30 inches. They are unveiling the “Luka Saučić” slice for National Pizza Month. It has spicy Italian sausage, roasted red peppers, bell peppers, and onions. Pricing will be the same as normal slices, except for a 2-cent difference to reflect Luka’s number. Since he is somewhat of a local hero, pricing will be .77 in honor of his number. For example, a specialty slice is $5.75, the Luka Saučić price will be $5.77. This is a small price to pay for this limited-time special.

Cane Rosso
Cane Rosso has several locations all around town, including Carrollton, Deep Ellum, Frisco, Fort Worth, and White Rock. Customers love the cozy atmosphere and the one-of-a-kind pizza that can’t be found anywhere else. At Cane Rosso, their pizza is made with fresh, never frozen dough made with flour imported all the way from Italy. Their Neapolitan-style pizzas are made with the highest quality of ingredients and deserve to be eaten with a knife and fork. This month, Cane Rosso will feature the “Feisty Luigi” pizza special, a take on a classic Italian combo sandwich featuring: house-made mozzarella, sweet soppressata, capicola, italian ham, pepper relish aioli, shredded iceberg lettuce, red onion, bacon, fontina, garlic, red wine vinaigrette, and rosemary. This sandwich is only available for a limited time, so be sure to try it at least once.
