So we’re working on a two-pager about delicious, warm-your-soul soups for the winter issue of D Beauty, and I know there’s something out there that we’re not thinking about. On our list so far: hot and sour soup at Green Papaya, cauliflower soup at Abacus, tortilla soup (we’re fighting about the best, although Mia’s, Mi Cocina, Fernando’s, and Matt’s are all in the running), chicken noodle soup at Cafe Express, and tomato bisque at Hattie’s (pictured).
