Two development sites are up for grabs in the Turtle Creek area of Uptown. Portugal-based Teixeira Duarte is selling an 0.8-acre tract at Dickason Avenue and Hood Street, and a half-acre parcel at Hall Street and Turtle Creek Boulevard, across from Oak Lawn Park.

JLL’s Jorg Mast, capital markets executive president, and David Godvin, vice president, have been tapped to market and sell the properties.

“The amount of growth we’ve experienced across North Texas, especially in the Uptown submarket, is unprecedented,” Mast said. “Over the past several years, we’ve welcomed thousands of new residents and employees from across the United States to this historic area.”

The two available sites offer some of the last development opportunities in the Turtle Creek area, he added.
