I can’t believe I forgot to tell you this, expecially in these dark days of winter illuminated only by the bright glow of pasty, white, sun-starved skin! Luckily, Raya’s post about Bobbi Brown’s new book took me back to the day I learned how to apply eye liner (it’s the milestone nestled right between “wedding” and what I’m sure will be “baby” on my “Major Life Events” timeline). So … here’s how to find the perfect bronzer, per my long-term memory: When shopping for bronzer, match the color to the skin on your decolletage. That area gets lots of natural sunlight, and unless you’re a dilligent decolletage sunscreen applier, it will be darker than the skin on your face (note: if you’re not using sunscreen on your face at this point, I can’t help you). Follow that tip and you’ll never be that girl.
