Q. I’m already a D Magazine print subscriber; am I automatically entitled to the digital edition?
A: No – the print and digital editions are separate products. You can upgrade your existing subscription to include digital editions through our website.
Q. How can I access D Magazine issues via my iPhone or Android device?
A: D Magazine does not currently have an app for iPhones or Android devices; digital editions on such devices can be accessed via our web reader interface.
Q. I have purchased a digital subscription through DMagazine.com — how do I access my issues in the app?
A: Tap “Sign In” in the upper right hand corner of your library screen, then enter the user name and password you chose when your signed up for your digital subscription on our website. Once you have logged in, the most recent issue will be ready for you to download and read. You can tap the cover image to start the download process.
Q. How do I browse each digital edition?
A: Use your finger to swipe horizontally and move between articles; swipe vertically to move within articles. You can also tap the screen once to bring up a scrollable bar at the bottom of your screen, as well as both a home screen button and a table of contents button in the upper left hand corner.
Q. How do I renew my digital subscription?
A: Both monthly and annual subscriptions are set to auto-renew at the end of their respective terms. To cancel your subscription, contact us before the end of your term at [email protected].
Q. What is the length of the subscription?
A: Subscription will be for ten issues annually.
Q. What is the price of the subscription?
A: Annual subscription is one year for $54.99, monthly subscriptions are $5.99 per month.
Q. Does my subscription auto-renew?
A: Your subscription automatically renews unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24-hours before the end of the current subscription period. iTunes will automatically charge your account at the same price stated above for each annual renewal period 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
