PERMITS

Princeton Meadows Storage has filed a permit to build seven single-story buildings totaling 63,421 square feet at U.S. Hwy 380 and Princeton Meadows Blvd in Princeton. David Baca Studio is leading design on the $3.8 million project.

Southland Holdings has filed a permit to build a 43,222 square foot office building at the northeast corner of Kubota Drive and SH 121 in Grapevine. Alliance Architects is leading design on the $2.9 million project.
INDUSTRIAL/LAND



Lewisville Independent School District has sold four land parcels totaling 94.33 acres in Highland Village. Developers have plans to transform the area into more than 380 new homes. Maureen Kelly Cooper, Chris Harden, Ryan Duffie, and Michael Thomas of Cushman & Wakefield represented Lewisville ISD in the transactions. Arcadia Realty and David Weekley Homes acquired the land for development. The new residential subdivisions include:

  • The Reserve at Chapel Hill is located at 2601 Harlington Drive in Highland Village. David Weekley Homes plan to develop 73 single-family homes on 23.47 acres where new residents will feed into Heritage Elementary, a nationally recognized Blue Ribbon School.

  • Kensington Place is located at 2667 Warmington Drive in Carrollton. Arcadia Realty plans to develop 96 single-family homes on 28.49 acres.

  • Camey Place is located at 5729 Memorial Drive in The Colony. Arcadia Realty plans to develop 81 single-family homes on 17.71 acres.

  • Parker Place is located at the northeast corner of Windhaven Parkway and Parker Road, adjacent to the highly-rated Killian Middle School in Lewisville. Arcadia Realty plans to develop 130 homes on 24.66 acres.


Parker-Hannifin Corporation leased 144,750 square feet at Peachtree Distribution Center, 510 Peachtree Road, inMesquite. Matt Dornak and Adam Jones with Stream Realty Partners represented the landlord, LIT Finance II. Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.

BFS Services extended its 126,100 square foot lease at Lakeside Trade Center, 500 Enterprise Drive in Flower Mound. Jeremy Kelly and Sarah Ozanne with Stream Realty Partners represented the landlord, Clarion Partners. Lee & Associates represented the tenant.

Mountain Creek


Millennium Package has leased 21,840 square feet in Mountain Creek Business Park Building 7, 4940 N. Merrifield Road in southern Dallas. The Midwest-based firm has relocated from Grand Prairie. Jason Finch and Michael W. Spain with Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord, HPA Real Estate.

Falcon Farms leased 12,000 square feet at 815 South Coppell Road in Coppell. Charles Brewer and Mac Hall with Stream Realty Partners represented the tenant.

A 10,250 square-foot building at 9019 Governors Row in Dallas has sold. Transwestern’s Billy Gannon represented the seller.

710 MacArthur purchased a 9,500 square-foot building at 710 MacArthur Boulevard in Grand Prairie. Mark Dietz, with The Dietz Group, represented the buyer. Drew Feagin with Stream Realty Partners represented the seller, Second Chance Appliances.

An undisclosed buyer has purchased 0.18 acres at 20202 S IH 35 in Eddy. Chris Flesner of RESOLUT RE represented the seller.
OFFICE

Schell Cooley, a Texas law firm, leased 5,842 square feet with Franklin Street Properties at 5057 Keller Springs in Addison. Transwestern’s Robert Deptula, Sanders Thompson, and Cheryl Bozarth represented the tenant.
RETAIL

Sports Zone GA leased 7,363 square feet at 651 N Plano Road in Richardson for five years. DeMarcus Owens represented the landlord, Hartman Income REIT.

Elk Crossing
Bright Realty built Elk Crossing in 2018, and it is 100 percent leased to Chicken Salad Chick, HotWorx, and Mint Dentistry.


Elk Crossing, a 6,667 square-foot Kroger-anchored retail center at 264 SE John Jones Dr. in Burleson, has sold. Nick Miller and Britton Lankford of Bright Realty represented Bright Realty, and Jordan Wood, with Coldwell Banker, represented the buyer. 



Schlotzky’s, a 2,816 square-foot property at 1141 George Hopper Road in Midlothian, has sold. James W. Pickett III and Vincent Knipp of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller.

Roll On In Sushi has leased 2,200 square feet at Custer Ridge Plaza, 7001 S Custer Road in McKinney. Stephanie Jacobs and Sherry Naquin Sanchez of RESOLUT RE represented the tenant. Tim McNutt of DBA Commercial Real Estate represented the landlord.


Milan Laser leased 2,000 square feet at Denton Crossing West, 1400-1800 South Loop 288 in Denton. David Levinson and Jack Weir of The Retail Connection represented the landlord. Kendall Ibsen of The Retail Connection represented the tenant.

VIO Med Spa has leased 1,584 square feet at City Line Market, 1405 E Renner Rd in Richardson. Chris Flesner of RESOLUT RE represented the tenant. Lauren Heimann of Regency Centers represented the landlord.
