Star Commerce Center II, 16005 Gateway Drive in Frisco, has filed a new construction permit for a 78,000 square foot warehouse for storage. Alliance Architects will design the estimated $3.2 million project.
Cushman & Wakefield has listed 2525 Turtle Creek Blvd. near Uptown Dallas, a 4.5-acre development site for sale on behalf of the Turtle Creek Gardens Condominiums Homeowner’s Association. Chris Harden and Ryan Duffie of Cushman & Wakefield’s Dallas office, along with Ben Fuller and John Carr of Cushman & Wakefield’s Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group are representing the seller in the disposition.
Andersen Windows renewed its 223,000 square foot lease at Gateway East Distribution Center, 3801 Regency Crest in Garland. Ryan Wolcott and Matt Dornak with Stream Realty Partners’ Dallas industrial division, brokered the lease on behalf of the landlord, Barings. Gary Collett with Cushman Wakefield represented the tenant, Andersen Windows.
Goosehead Insurance has signed a lease expansion and extension at The Terraces at Solana in Westlake. Goosehead added 42,308 square feet to their existing lease for a total of 150,454 square feet of space at 1500 Solana Blvd. Josh White, Chelby Sanders, and Ryan Buchanan with CBRE represented the tenant. Jeff Eckert and Blake Shipley with JLL represented the landlord, Glenstar.
Generation Y purchased a 114,150 square foot building at 2801 Summit Avenue in Plano. Jason Moser and Ridley Culp with Stream Realty Partners represented the buyer. Kacy Jones and John Hendricks with CBRE represented the seller, AIPH, LLC.
Curtis Specialized Moving & Storage has renewed and expanded to 83,700 square feet, doubling the size of its footprint in the South Stemmons submarket. The tenant renewed its 43,200 square foot lease at 460 W. Mockingbird Lane and leased 40,500 square feet of neighboring space in Mockingbird Place. Brock Wilson and Joe Santaularia, of Bradford Commercial Real Estate, represented the landlord. Wilson and Santaularia also represented two other deals for the same landlord, NWP TX TT:
- Abel’s Fine Furniture renewed its 11,965 square foot lease in Quebec Business Center, 4828 Lakawana St. in Dallas.
- Everrich Industries renewed 9,776 square feet in Marsh Business Park West, 1050 Venture Court in Carrollton. Chad Albert, of NAI Robert Lynn, represented the tenant.
Kit Composites leased 49,542 square feet at 119 Regal Row in Dallas. Jeremy Mercer, with Mercer Company, represented the tenant.
